Wii Wait Weekend
Okay guys, it's Wednesday before the Wii launch on Sunday. I'm gonna be heading out to the Serramonte Target (upper one in Colma), which should have something like 200 Wii available. My goal here is to purchase two Wii, two extra Wiimotes and nunchuks, two copies of Zelda Twilight Princess, a copy of Red Steel, a copy of Trauma Center, and possibly a copy of Monkey Ball, and hopefully a set of component cables. The reason for two Wii, well, I'll tell you guys if you ask me, but I can't say here. Suffice to say, I'm not reselling on ebay, because that is lame.
Okay, so, who is with me? I want to head out there pretty early, because apparently they're passing out tickets for systems at 7:00am. I'm thinking 2 or 3 should be good. Hopefully.
Here's the deal; in order to buy two units, I'm definitely going to need another person to come along with me to claim a ticket in the line, as well as pay for it on a different transaction. Hopefully one of my parental units will come along with me to do that for me, but there is always the chance that it will be "one unit per household", which would suck.
So, who is with me on this quest?! It will be an epic quest of Wii getting! And then we'll go set it up and play it and it'll be awesome!
