Today, The Light Was Victorious

I write this report from the the solitude of the Stormwind Cathedral, where I have just received instruction from my Paladin Masters.

To-day, I was asked by Lord Rall to travel to the Stone Cairn Lake and resurrect a fallen warrior who fell there. As I was in the midst of searching for his body, my Priest friend Furys came to assist me. After resurrecting the warrior, and bringing some Linen to the orphange so that Stephanie there can make clothes for the children there, we journeyd to Westfall to assist the People's Militia.

To help the rag-tag group of defenders there, we slew gnolls, murlocs, and Harvest Watchers from the Pumpkin Farm. There were many other adventurer's helping the Militia; praise the Light! Even if it was difficult for us to slay beasts, because of the vast amounts of people.

Soon, though, Fury's had to go. So, after he went to the Inn, I traveled out to attempt to improve my skills. After a few minutes of slaying Goretusks, I reached my 14th season! Thus, I returned here, and receieved my training in new, more powerful abilities, and sat down here in the library to write this missive.

May the Light bless you! I will write again soon.

Caius, Holy Paladin, brother of Mueras

Hawaiian Shirt Day

So. Here's a horrible picture of me on Hawaiian Shirt Day at school.

Anyway, I really have nothing to report. I hit level 37 with my Warlock, Mueras. It wasn't that big of a deal, though, I was just doing some grinding in the Drywhisker Gorge while I was waiting to get into Arathi Basin.

I'll play a little more tonight, so look forward to an RP story about Mueras, Forsaken Warlock.

Sam and Max Is coming back!

Sam and Max 2 announcement!

Okay folks, one phrase:

Shriek of delight

I swear, if everyone I know does not buy this game, I will make it my single goal in life to erode their soul away by telling them how horrible and worthless they are.

Actually, if you don't get Sam and Max, you probably did not have a soul to begin with.

World of Warcraft Report
Caius

I awoke this morning in the Inn at Goldshire. After purchasing some supplies, I loaded my pack and headed toward the Jasperlode Mine, which Major Dhugan asked me to scope out. I was also asked to collect some large candles from the Kobolds that have set up camp within the mine. I ran to the mine, stopping along the way to bring my pick down upon several copper veins. I reached the mine, and began slaying those Kobold vermin. One of their spellcasters dropped a strange candle; when I used it, it launched a large fireball at the Kobold warrior I was battling! I'll have to look for more of those later. I collected the necessary candles, and explored the mine. After I spoke with Major Dhugan and the candle maker, I found that I had reached the 10th season of skill! Exciting, I am well on my way toward serving the Light in more complex ways!

I trekked to Stormwind, and delivered some candles to Pestle's Apothecary. I then retired to the inn, to continue my adventures on another day!

Thank the Maker

Thank the Maker!

I had some minor software problems last night. Yes, indeed, this does happen to me, occasionally, though the occurance is rare. I tried installing a plug in to the Mozilla suite that would allow RSS feeds to be viewed within my browser, and, well, it broke it. So, suffice to say, I'm now running Firefox and Thunderbird, and, wow, its WAY faster than the full suite. Also, there are FAR more plug ins for Firefox than for the suite. Currently I'm running

World of Warcraft Report:

Okay, this is going to be a new, regular (I hope) segment, detailing my most recent World of Warcraft adventures.

So, Jeremy, Chris Y and I rolled up some new characters on the Twisting Nether Role Playing-Player Vs Player server. I made a Human Paladin, named, Caius. The following is some backstory that I wrote for him:

During the war with the Scourge, my brother Mueras and I served under Lords Arthas and Uther. We were but mere foot soldiers, barely our of our youth. My brother quickly bonded with the ambitious Lord Arthas, while I found great wisdom and instruction in Uther the Lightbringer. This is not to say we found strife over this; they were our leaders and we both greatly respected each of them, but, our personalities were more receptive to each respective leader. Oh how Mueras and I would laufh and share our stories of victory! But that all came to it's end when Mueras was struck by an evil Scourge sword, cleaving his jaw from him and killing him. Our band was forced to retreat, and the last I saw of my brother was his corpse being loaded into one of those meat wagons the undead drag around.

But I have heard much since that day, the day that I chose to become a Holy Paladin in order to avenge my brother. A small band of Alliance sympathizers, the Horntotem Tribe of Tauren, reported that they had seen my brother! I had asked them to be on the lookout, as I feared that the Scourge would take his body and make him one of them. But, the Huntress Nintara of the Horntotem Tribe informed me that there is a new form of Undeath, an Undeath that revives the mind, forming a free thinking being, unlike the mindless zombies of the Scourge. These new Undead call themselves the Forsaken, and, while they are mostly independent, they have all been influenced to evil by the Dark Lady Sylvannas.

So now, I face the challenge; do I slay my brother Mueras? Or do I let him live, in hopes that he breaks from the influence of his Dark Lady? May the Light Guide Me.

So, we rolled up some characters and Chris Y (his character is named, Furys, btw) leveled up some in Dun Morogh. Look here for more role playing stories!

So, I guess thats just about it. Thanks for reading, folks! Oh, I just remembered, this page now has an RSS feed!
http://neelix.blogspot.com/atom.xml

So, put that in your RSS reader and get updates automatically. If you're in firefox, when you're on my page, you can look down in the bottom right corner, and you'll see a little icon that you can click and "Add to Live Bookmarks". Live bookmarks is what Firefox calls RSS feeds. You can put a folder on your bookmark bar under the URL field and save all your RSS feeds in there, and you'll be able to click on it and find all of your RSS. Its really cool to automatically get alerted of new stuff.

All right, so, this is Chris/Neelix/Mueras/Caius signing off! Safe adventuring, in both the digital realm and the real one!
